Refund Policy

If you’re are not happy with the product, then please submit a request through our support forum and our team will assist you as soon as possible. If you are still not satisfied, then the following refund policy applies.

We will issue a full refund:
within 30 days of your original purchase and no questions will be asked.
You’ve posted a support post on forum but you didn’t get any response within 48 hours (business days only).
We also reserve the right to

refuse a refund:
if you behave badly or misused our services.
if you request a refund after 30 days of the original purchased date.

Please also note that:
Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
